What this site stores on your device

Four entries, all set by this website itself, all held in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. They are readable only by this site, are not transmitted with your requests the way a cookie would be, and are not available to anyone else:

• Your light or dark appearance choice, so the site opens the way you last left it instead of flashing the wrong theme at you.
• Which version of our Solutions overview you are viewing, when you have followed a link that selects one.
• A marker noting that a page has already handed you on to the next one, so a single scroll gesture does not do it twice in the same tab. This one is cleared automatically when you close the tab.
• A record that you have dismissed the notice at the bottom of the page, so it is not shown to you again.

Every one of these is either a preference you set yourself or a piece of interface state needed to show you the page you asked for. Under the ePrivacy Directive these are "strictly necessary for the service explicitly requested by the user" and require no consent. You can remove them at any time by clearing site data for aitronos.com in your browser settings; the site will simply forget your appearance choice and start again.

Why you are not asked to accept anything

Consent requirements under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the Swiss FADP and the GDPR apply when a website stores or accesses information on your device that is not strictly necessary for the service you asked for. Because we set no cookies, load no tracking technologies, and store nothing beyond the four items above, there is nothing here for you to consent to — and asking you to "accept" something that does nothing would tell you less about this site, not more.

The short notice at the foot of the page is exactly that: a notice. It states what is stored, links here, and closes when you dismiss it. It does not switch anything on or off, and nothing about how this site behaves depends on whether you dismiss it or ignore it.

Links to other services

Some pages link out to services we run elsewhere or use — the Aitronos product at chat.aitronos.com, our Trust Center at trust.aitronos.com, our published rate card at pricing.aitronos.com, and a Google Calendar booking page for scheduling a conversation. The Swiss commercial register is linked from our Impressum.

None of these is embedded in this website. There is no iframe, no widget and no script from any of them on any page here, so none of them can set anything in your browser or see your visit unless you actually click through. When you do, you are on that service's own site, under its own cookie and privacy terms.

One page element does load from elsewhere, and it is ours: the connector map shown on some pages draws its brand logos as images from our own API at api.aitronos.com, so that the systems it lists stay in step with the product. Your browser requests those images directly, which means that server sees your IP address and browser type in the same way ours does when you load any page here. It is operated by us, it sets no cookies, and no third party is involved.

If this changes

If we ever introduce cookies or tracking technologies, we will update this page and replace the notice with a compliant consent mechanism offering granular opt-in and opt-out — and nothing non-essential will be set or loaded before you have opted in.
