Aitronos, for one person

Your apps don't talk to each other. You've been doing it for them.

One inbox for every channel. One view across your calendars. One question that reaches every account you connect. And a meeting you can ask about on Thursday. Four parts of the Smart Company OS you can switch on without asking anybody.

Thirty minutes on the accounts you would connect first. Licences are CHF 30 per person per month.

What it does

The week comes apart in more than one way.

Start with whichever annoyed you most. No order, no dependency.

Global Inbox

Anna wrote to you three times. Your inbox thinks that is three people.

Mail on Monday, Teams on Tuesday, a forwarded WhatsApp on Wednesday.

All of it resolves into one contact on one timeline. Search runs over what was said, not which app you were in, and replies are drafted in your own words, yours to send.

Global Calendar

The clash is not in either calendar. It is in the gap between them.

Work, personal, and the shared project one. Each is right on its own; the clash lives in the gap, and the gap is you.

Connect them and they draw on one grid. Nothing moves, and the booking link you hand out offers only the slots all three agree on.

Connectors & Knowledge

Searching your own accounts is the easy half. Somebody else wrote the rest.

One sign-in connects a whole suite — Gmail, Calendar and Drive, or Outlook, Teams and OneDrive. Ask in ordinary words; it reads inside the content, not the names on it.

Where your team shares a space, the question reaches what they put there too — the thread you were never on, the note from the person you would not have thought to ask. You see only what you have been given, and every answer names its source.

Meeting Buddy

Nobody summarised it. Everybody remembers it differently.

It joins the Teams, Zoom or Meet calls you point it at — and only those. In the room, it listens from the microphone in front of you.

You read the decisions and the follow-ups. What sits under them is not a summary.

The meeting lands in the same memory as your threads — the Smart Company OS's, not this tool's — and that memory never summarises. Every word, every statement, every figure, because a summary is where the context goes. It remembers all of it so you do not have to.

How it fits

Not four tools. One system — the same one everybody uses, for everything.

The system is the Smart Company OS. These four are the part one person can switch on — not a side product, but the same place and the same memory everybody else is in. Your accounts stay where they are; nothing is migrated.

Which is why one question crosses all four. What you agreed with Meyer was decided in a meeting, began in a mail thread and ended in a document — one answer, three sources named. When your colleagues are on it, their sources are in that answer too.

What you control

It doesn't hand you a reply. It hands you the choice.

  • Replies — it reads what the message is actually asking and drafts two or three answers that do genuinely different things, then names what the one you pick leaves undone and offers to deal with that too. Take one, edit it, or tell it what to say instead. Nothing sends until you choose.
  • Meetings — it joins the calls you list, as a visible participant. Nothing else.
  • Accounts — you connect and disconnect them in the same place. What comes across is held in the EU or Switzerland.

One honest thing. Whether your employer is happy for a work account to be connected is a conversation only you can have. We would rather say it.

One message, four choices

The first move

Connect one account. Not four.

Most people start with the inbox. One sign-in, and everything already in that account is in one place — you ask it instead of going to look. Nothing is imported.

By Friday it is holding your own week. If it has not earned the tab, disconnect it and everything it pulled in goes with it.

Pick the account you are most tired of switching to. Connect that one.
