You know the file exists. That is the whole problem.

It is in Drive. Or OneDrive. Or it was an attachment on a mail in March. Or it is in the folder somebody shared with you once and you have not opened since.

You know it exists. You know roughly what it said. You even know who wrote it. What you do not know is which of five accounts is holding it, so you search four of them and give up, or you interrupt the person who wrote it.

Aitronos searches every account you have connected, in one question, and tells you where each answer came from. It is one part of a system a whole company can run on. This part you can turn on by yourself.

Nothing is copied out of your accounts into somewhere you cannot reach, and disconnecting takes it back out.

You ask in ordinary words. "What did we quote Meyer for the second phase?" is a question; "meyer_quote_v3_FINAL" is a filename you would have to already remember.

And it reads the documents rather than their names. PDFs, including the scanned ones, page by page. Word files with their structure intact. Spreadsheets sheet by sheet. Slide decks. Images. Up to fifty gigabytes in a single file.

One consent for Google Workspace covers Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets. One for Microsoft 365 covers Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and OneNote. Not one connection each, with a separate permission screen and a separate thing to go wrong.

Past those two there are more than a thousand other integrations if you ever need them, and where a service wants a key or a password rather than a sign-in there is a form for that instead.

Afterwards, connections are things you manage rather than things that quietly rot. Rename one, pause one, disconnect one. A connection about to expire says so before it breaks rather than after, and when one does break there is a built-in check that repairs the common faults for you.

Files are only half of it. You also get a knowledge store of your own: pages you save, links you drop in, notes, text you paste out of somewhere that has no export. You can teach it a fact directly, in a sentence, and it keeps it.

When it answers, it says where the answer came from. So you can open the source and check it rather than deciding whether to trust a paragraph that appeared out of nowhere.

Your store is private unless you deliberately share it, and sharing is a specific act with a specific scope — a department, the organisation, or a named few. Nobody inherits access to your material by being senior. The check runs on every question you ask, not once when somebody set you up.

Your material stays in the EU or Switzerland, contractually.
